Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed through speedynordic.fi

All international shipments are handled via SF Express Netherlands B.V. (SF Express International Network).

Speedy Nordic Oy are jointly operating entities, and any reference to ‘We’, ‘Us’, or ‘Our’ in this Agreement shall collectively refer to Speedy Nordic Oy.

 

1. Order Processing

• All orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within seven (7) business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Finnish public holidays).
• In some cases, such as temporary out-of-stock items, supplier shortages, manufacturer discontinuations, or unexpected logistics delays, order processing may take longer.
• If such a delay occurs, we will notify customers by email or phone before dispatch and provide an updated estimated shipping date.
• Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on stock availability and warehouse logistics.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

• All parcels are shipped from Vantaa, Finland via SF Express International Network or its authorized partners.
• We are an authorized reseller of SF Express Netherlands B.V., and all shipments follow the SF Express Terms and Conditions of Waybill (Netherlands).
• Tracking numbers will be provided via email or SMS once your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel online at https://www.sf-international.com

 

3. Shipping Timeframes

• Dispatch Time: within 7 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise notified
• But may be delayed due to out-of-stock, supplier or manufacturer issues; customers will be notified via email or phone before dispatch.
• Transit Time: typically 5–7 business days to Mainland China, depending on flight schedules, customs clearance, and destination city.
• Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, local holidays, or unforeseen delays beyond our control.

 

4. Shipping Rates and Fees

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, total weight, volume, and customs requirements.
• All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable handling fees.
• Duties and import taxes (if applicable) are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We reserve the right to update or modify shipping rates and policies at any time due to international freight cost changes or currency fluctuations.

 

5. Customs and Import Regulations

• Recipients in China are required to provide full name, address, and ID number for customs clearance.
• All declarations are made in accordance with Chinese customs regulations.
• We and SF Express are not responsible for delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
• Customs duties or inspection delays are beyond our control and do not qualify as grounds for refund or cancellation.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact info@speedynordic.fi within the claim period defined by SF Express Netherlands B.V..
• SF Express will evaluate all claims based on their official Terms and Conditions.
• The maximum carrier liability per shipment is the actual loss, not exceeding three times the shipping fee or USD 100 (whichever is lower) unless additional insurance has been purchased.

 

7. Delivery Confirmation

• Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully received.
• SF Express or local couriers may require a signature or ID verification upon delivery.
• If no visible damage is reported at the time of delivery, the shipment is deemed in good condition.

 

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

customs inspection, flight cancellations, pandemic restrictions, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.

 

9. Shipping rates

The following table provides the reference shipping rates from Finland to Mainland China via us using SF Express.
Rates are displayed in euros (EUR) and may vary depending on destination, weight, and customs handling.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
