Subscription, Pre-order, and Try-Before-You-Buy Policy

Some of the products in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases.
This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel these types of orders.
1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you selected.
Your payment information will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay in advance.
Some subscriptions may renew automatically upon expiration. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel at any time.
To modify or cancel a subscription, please use the link provided in your order confirmation email, which allows you to manage your subscription directly.

2. Pre-orders
A pre-order refers to the purchase of a product that is out of stock or not yet released.
We may either withhold payment or charge a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and then ship and charge the remaining balance at a future date.
You may cancel any pre-order that has not yet been shipped and for which only a deposit has been charged.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a full or partial refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
If production or supplier delays occur, we will contact you before the estimated dispatch date to confirm or modify your pre-order.
3. Try Before You Buy
When you select a try-before-you-buy product, we will authorize your payment method before shipping your order.
You may evaluate the product during the trial period and decide whether to keep it.
If you do not return the product within the trial period, the full payment amount will be charged to your payment method automatically.
