Storage and use instructions

In a cool and dry place. The beneficial effect is obtained with daily intake of 3 g of beta-glucan. A serving of Elovena instant oatmeal contains 1.3 g of beta-glucan. Oats fit into a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Pour out the contents of the sachet into a deep plate. Add 1,5 dl boiling water. Stir and leave to stand for a while.
